Laminate floors are an ideal solution for many rooms in the house. Created in natural wood hues that cannot be distinguished from the real thing, they generate atmosphere and a sense of comfort. They are easy to lay (all by yourself) and, thanks to the impenetrable synthetic top layer, also easy to keep clean.

Laminate floors are available in many different decors and versions. They differ in thickness of the board: 6mm for a budget floor, such as the Dsire 6 , up to 12mm for a special Villeroy & Boch laminate floor. A thicker board is more stable and gives a more beautiful, deeper walking sound just like a wooden floor. They are all easy to lay as a floating floor with a click connection.

The wood decors are created with a tangible wood structure, a mat lustre or, for the more luxurious laminate floors, with a synchronised “embossed” wood grain. For the latter, the impression of the wood grain runs on the surface with the decor of the wood structure beneath it, giving the floor a realistic depth effect. The surface of all laminate floors is wear and scratch-resistant.
